Matt will be showcasing his exceptional high-quality wines with grapes sourced from Paso Robles and Edna Valley paired with a sublime six-course menu created by Chef/Partner Stephen Dunne. These small production wines will include beautiful Chardonnay, Viognier, Cabernet Sauvignon, Zinfandel, and Mission Angelica.
Enjoy an amazing evening of food, wine, and friends under the stars in Volo’s acclaimed cabana patio, located in charming Roscoe Village. Arrive early and enjoy an aperitif with special guest Matt Glunz and friends along with Volo Managing Partner Jon Young for what is sure to be an event full of exciting wines, exceptional food, and good cheer!

About Chef Partner Stephen Dunne: Before arriving in Chicago, Stephen worked in celebrated restaurants in New Orleans, Las Vegas, & San Francisco in addition to training at the 3-Star Michelin Restaurant Lucas Carton in Paris. Once in Chicago, he took over Chef de Cuisine positions at Spago Chicago, and the then recently opened MK. Stephen & Jon joined forces in 2005 to open Volo.
