Join us for our highest rated event, Volo’s Annual Holiday Champagne & Sparkling Wine & Food Pairing on Saturday afternoon, December 8th from 2-4pm. It’s the perfect opportunity to discover great bottles and different styles of boutique sparkling perfect to celebrate with, bring to any holiday gathering, or give as a special gift.

Call your friends and enjoy the holiday cheer at Volo Wine Bar when we will be tasting high quality selections (with great alternatives to pricey Champagnes perfect for your budget), that you can enjoy giving, receiving, or just drinking through the holidays with recommendations on traditional food and wine pairings to go with your celebration, as well as assisting with ideas for giving the gift of great wine this holiday.

Chef/Partner Stephen Dunne & Managing Partner / Wine Director Jon Young have collaborated on a menu of gourmet bites that pair effortlessly with everything bubbly to create what is sure to be another dynamic event full of exciting wines, delicious food, and good friends. **Please note that the dining room will open at 2pm and remain open after the event with our full beverage menu available. Volo’s full dinner menu will be available by 5pm or earlier, and all attendees will enjoy a 15% discount on food that evening!

Wine Lover’s New Year’s Eve at Volo; Monday December 31st 2018, 4:30pm-1:00am – The evening will feature a full dinner menu & specials, over 30 wines by the glass, a bubbly fight and premium Champagne selections, early and late seatings, plus complimentary favors, sparkling toast, countdown at midnight, music, dancing and more! Note: Due to the nature of the evening, early reservations (seated by 8:15pm or earlier) will enjoy their table for a full 2 hours, while tables seated at 8:30pm or later are welcome to stay for the evening with a full menu, complimentary favors, a countdown and sparkling toast at midnight, great music and dancing!
