Using wine-blending, careful oak-ageing, and their original frost-fermention on small lots of 100% fresh-press juice, Cider Brothers creates delicate flavors and complex balance to create a very special – and food-friendly – adult beverage. The result is is refreshing, award-winning artisan cider, produced at their winery in Lodi, California.
Enjoy a sublime four-course menu by Volo/Paramount Room Chef/Partner Stephen Dunne with dessert prepared by Pastry Chef Suzi Beu. Cider Brothers Hard Cider pairings will accompany each course and cider-maker Paul Scotto will be in town from California to discuss their unique approach.
