Join us for one of our most popular events, Volo’s Annual Holiday Champagne & Sparkling Wine & Food Pairing on Thursday night, December 12th from 7-10pm. It’s the perfect opportunity to discover different styles of boutique sparkling, each paired with gourmet bites, perfect to celebrate with, bring to any holiday gathering, or give as a special gift.

Make a night of it: Call your friends and enjoy the holiday cheer starting at 5pm for a special Happy Hour, and then stay for the tasting as we will pour high-quality selections – this year featuring live music by the talented Lydia Cash Duo!

The event will feature great alternatives to pricey Champagnes perfect for your budget that you can enjoy giving, receiving, or just drinking through the holidays with recommendations on traditional food and wine pairings to go with your celebration!

Chef / Partner Stephen Dunne & Managing Partner / Wine Director Jon Young have collaborated on a menu of gourmet bites that pair effortlessly with everything bubbly to create what is sure to be another dynamic event full of exciting wines, delicious food, and good friends. Wine Lover’s New Year’s Eve at Volo; Tuesday December 31st 2019, 5:00pm-1:00am – The evening will feature a full dinner menu & specials, over 30 wines by the glass, a bubbly fight and premium Champagne selections, early and late seatings, plus complimentary favors, sparkling toast, countdown at midnight, music, dancing and more!
